1. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not store, log, or retain:

• Your prompts or messages sent to models
• Model completions or generated content
• Images or videos generated through our API

All prompt data passes through our proxy and is deleted from memory immediately after the response is returned. We do not train on your data. Your intellectual property remains yours.

2. Data We Collect

To operate the service, we collect:

• Account information: email address, name (optional), hashed password
• Usage metadata: which model was called, token counts, timestamp, cost — for billing purposes
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store your credit card details

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate API requests and enforce rate limits
• To calculate and deduct usage costs from your credit balance
• To display usage statistics in your dashboard
• To send service-related emails (billing, security alerts)

4. Data Processing Locations

When you use a Chinese AI model, your prompt is processed on servers in China (as required by the model providers). Our proxy infrastructure operates from Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers where applicable.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will comply within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
