Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ModGate ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly.

3. API Usage

• You may not use the Service for illegal activities, including generating illegal content
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• You may not resell raw API access without authorization
• You must comply with the acceptable use policies of the underlying Chinese model providers

4. Billing and Credits

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase if unused. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your API keys.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Chinese model providers may experience outages beyond our control. We provide automatic failover routing where available.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or model output inaccuracies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, any remaining credits are forfeited.
